Bottled
salad dressings are a kind of hit and miss proposition. Something
looks good and tastes like vinegar and mule spit, whilst others
look like a refrigerator set in a blender and blended on high
speed. The latter is certainly the case here.
In my
very humble opinion, this isn't the prettiest dressing in
the world, but it might be one of the tastiest. Tart, a little
sweet, and nice and thick. Big chunks (or for a salad dressing
anyway) of vegetables, including red peppers float around
the bottle and hurl themselves willy-nilly upon your salad
that you might benefit from their sacrafice.
Seeds
of Change is a very environmentally friendly company and their
products are organic. This is the kind of company we want
to buy from. You should too.
